Exchange Policy
Step-by-step for warranty evaluation requests.
1st – Upon identifying the need to request a warranty, please contact the reseller network where the product was purchased or use the Rotoplastyc website. Make sure you have your Rotoplastyc purchase invoice (NF) at hand.
2nd – Complete and submit the form at the bottom of this page with as much information as possible.
3rd – After receiving the request, our After-Sales and Technical Support team will verify the information and issue a replacement item request, opening a service ticket to send you a new part via carrier or factory technician. This request is processed by issuing an invoice with a 90-day payment term.
4th – Upon receiving the new part, the customer or reseller has a maximum of 30 days to send the damaged part to Rotoplastyc via carrier or through a factory technician, as a shipment for warranty analysis.
5th – If the damaged part is not returned within 30 days, the charge for the replacement part will be considered accepted by the customer.
6th – Once received at the factory, the damaged part will undergo a warranty analysis by the quality department. The process will be completed within 60 days.
7th – If the warranty is approved, a warranty invoice will be issued to the customer, and the charge generated on the invoice for the new part, with a 90-day payment term, will be canceled. If the warranty is denied, the original charge will remain.
WARRANTY
1st – The warranty is the responsibility of the product’s reseller to their customer. Therefore, it should not be handled directly between the customer and the factory.
2nd – The RESELLER is designated as the first buyer and the CUSTOMER as the second buyer.
3rd – The following conditions are standard and will always be considered when the reseller submits a warranty request for evaluation by ROTOPLASTYC.
Warranty Conditions
a) ROTOPLASTYC provides a warranty period of 1 year for rotomolded items and 6 months for all other items. This period is counted from the date of delivery to the CUSTOMER. Warranty coverage is granted upon presentation of the purchase invoice.
b) The warranty covers only defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Labor, shipping, and other expenses are not covered by this Certificate, as they are the reseller’s responsibility.
c) The warranty becomes void if it is found that the defect or damage was caused by improper use of the equipment, disregard for instructions, or operator inexperience.
d) Warranty coverage is void if the product has been repaired or modified in workshops that are not part of our authorized reseller network.
e) Warranty is also void for parts or components that show defects resulting from the improper use of other parts or components not genuine to the product by the user.
f) The warranty is also void in cases where the product has suffered any type of negligence that compromises its safety, as judged by the company, whose decision in such cases is final.
g) Manufacturing and/or material defects covered under this warranty shall, under no circumstances, be grounds for the termination of the purchase agreement or for compensation of any kind.
Design Modifications
ROTOPLASTYC reserves the right to make changes to its product designs and/or improvements without any obligation to apply these changes to previously manufactured products.
