Spray mixture quality is Rotoplastyc’s highlight at Expodireto
Maximizing spraying conditions and optimizing the use of pesticides: that’s what Rotoplastyc’s spray mixture preparation line offers to producers. Visitors to the booth will be able to explore pre-mixers, concentrated and ready-to-use spray mixture equipment, with a highlight on the Speed Mix Turbo Thermo, featuring a patented system developed by Rotoplastyc.
The Speed Mix Turbo Thermo is a solution designed for the preparation and storage of biocontrol mixtures and bacteria-based inoculants for in-furrow applications. It features a spherical tank with a thermal insulation system that maintains internal temperature, preventing temperature fluctuations caused by sun exposure, for example.
In addition to temperature control, the Speed Mix Line ensures quick and homogeneous preparation of the spray mixture. Because the mixture is prepared between applications, the equipment can increase the output of self-propelled sprayers or planters by up to 30%, as the refilling process with the ready-to-use solution takes less than 7 minutes. Its dual internal agitation system, easy-drain spherical tank, incorporator, and pump designed for chemical, liquid, or powdered inputs guarantee a homogeneous mixture, allowing for maximum use of inputs. This results in better use of spraying windows and consistent mixture quality across all applications.
The spherical tank is made of polyethylene, with no seams, welds, or assembly required. Its smooth interior makes cleaning easy and prevents contamination from other products used in previous spray mixtures.
New Releases
Producers visiting the Rotoplastyc booth at the fair will discover two new releases of the brand: the new Roto Tank sizes and the Speed Mix E.
Rotoplastyc’s Roto Tank line is ideal for storing and supplying diesel and biodiesel, offering excellent cost-benefit for producers. Made of polyethylene, the Roto Tank includes a metal containment basin, complying with production standards. In addition to the 3,000L and 6,000L models and the ability to interconnect them, producers now have access to the 10,500L and 17,000L models, increasing on-farm fuel storage capacity.
The new Speed Mix E combines all the benefits of the Speed Mix Turbo line for spray mixture preparation, with the added advantage of featuring an electric motor. The motor is three-phase and, being electric, it produces low noise and does not emit polluting gases. Another standout feature is the electric panel with an hour meter, allowing for work tracking.
